How heavy duty turnover works

When a tenant leaves a unit in rough shape, Heavy Duty handles it: heavy grime, excessive trash and extensive handyman work such as repainting an entire room or patching an entire wall. It's the biggest of our three rental turnover packages.

The package includes up to two truck loads of junk removal. If the unit is in better shape than you feared, the one-day Express turnover or a move-out cleaning may be all it needs. When the outside needs work too, we add deck repair, pressure washing and concrete repair for the porch, steps and walkways. Inside, light fixture installation, outlet and GFCI replacement and plumbing fixture installation go on the same visit.

What counts as heavy duty?

Units with heavy grease, significant wall damage, excessive trash, heavy carpet staining, or that weren't cleaned regularly by the tenant.

Is trash haul-off included in the package?

Up to two truck loads are included. Excessively large clean-outs may need more, and we'll tell you up front before we start.

Do you handle extreme cleaning situations?

We're equipped for difficult situations. Call us with the specifics and we'll give you an honest assessment.

Is there a warranty on the work?

All of our work comes with a 30-day guarantee. Materials are backed by the manufacturer's policy. Damage or failures that weren't caused by our work aren't covered.

How do you handle materials?

Materials bought for your job are itemized, and you get the receipts with your invoice. Common items every job needs, like nails, screws and cleaning supplies, aren't billed.
