One call instead of three

The Tenant Turn was built on a simple frustration. Landlords and property managers in Louisville had to call several contractors just to get one unit ready: a cleaner here, a handyman there. It was slow, expensive and stressful. We put it all on one team and one call, and that's still how our turnovers work: an Express turnover in one day, a Standard turnover in three, a Heavy Duty turnover in five.

Today our main focus is residential handyman work. Homeowners have the same problem landlords did: a list of repairs, none of them big enough for a contractor, and nobody reliable to call. So send us the list: drywall repair, door repair, TV mounting, ceiling fan installation, interior painting, exterior painting, gutter cleaning, deck repair, pressure washing, concrete repair, light fixture installation, outlet and GFCI replacement, plumbing fixture installation, junk removal and everything in between. Landlords still book us for rental turnovers.

We're a Louisville handyman service based in Louisville and work across Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana, for homeowners with one sticking door and investors with a hundred units.
