Our Offerings
Our range of services includes basic handyman repairs, minor junk removal, cleaning services and more. We are committed to providing top-notch solutions for all your rental needs.
Handyman Services
Our basic handyman services include items such as patching small drywall holes, touching up paint (customer provided), changing door handles, and more.
Our range of services includes a deep cleaning that meets investor needs including appliances, cabinets, baseboards, and more. We will shampoo the carpet and even haul off junk left by a previous tenant.
Photography and More
Cleaning and Junk Removal
Before and after photos are taken and provided to the customer insuring high quality results on our end and the ability to relist your unit quickly on your end. The Tenant Turn is also able to complete jobs outside of our Basic and Heavy Duty Turn pricing.
Basic Turn
Typically ready in 3 business days and includes basic handyman services such as minor drywall repairs, painting (customer provided) less than one wall, and standard deep cleaning of the unit. Minor junk removal of less than one truck bed will be removed at no additional cost. Photos will be taken and provided to the customer.
Heavy Duty Turn
Typically ready in 5 business days and includes all of the Basic Turn, but requires more extensive cleaning and handyman services. Heavy duty Turns include up to two truck bed loads of junk removal. Photos will be taken and provided to the customer.
A La Carte Services
Tenant Turn can help with jobs that require more or less than out standard packages. Contact us for further pricing.
